My name is Chuck Skinner. I am a PADI* Master Scuba Instructor with over 20 years of diving experience. 

As a retired Master Seargent from the U.S. Air Force I have had the priviledge of diving in some of the best waters in the world. My family and I began our passion for the deep in Guam, and it has all just escalated from there. I am currently based in the Washington DC area, but frequently find myself  in areas of (or near) Utica, Herkimer and Rome New York.
